From all the commotion caused by the health emergency of 2019, many of the things that I usually did out of habit and even out of a simple necessity, took a leading role in my life and I think in the lives of many, like this one morning at the end During the week, I was as always, preparing my breakfast, and suddenly I had the anxiety of doing something that would break the monotony of those days of confinement in which, in fact, we did not know or did not care if it was Monday, Wednesday or Sunday, life had become boring and extremely tense...

I remember that doing the routine shopping to bring food home became a whole process like those seen in NASA movies, everyone dressed in an astronaut suit and throwing disinfectant products into each bag and sometimes even into the food themselves and As these thoughts invaded my mind, I decided to do something special with breakfast that day.

I also remembered having read in a book that reality is always present, it is only that time, and the author says that all the possibilities of human existence are always there, but that they are integrated into our reality only when we are able to pronounce them. or even, think about them and from that moment on, they affect our lives because they have been integrated into our reality...

Soler also points out that this “selection” of things that become reality for us is almost always unconscious, but that, when we take them from the conscious side, the possibilities are infinite, like that morning when I thought about doing something different with my breakfast. , my reality was that of having started a lifelong relationship with gastronomy and since then, in addition to being a psychologist and therapist, the reality is that I am also a chef.
