It is the result of a deep investigation in Ecuador on the knowledge that our people have of its gastronomy, which, of course, forms a very important part of our culture and as such is a dynamic expression.

When verifying that the real knowledge of our kitchen and chefs is very poor and in many cases wrong, we set the objective of the Chef Ecuador Magazine to investigate, interview, support and disseminate each action within the entire productive line of professional gastronomy.
