500 ml Leche
250 gr Azúcar
10 und Yemas
5 ml Ron y cognac
1 ml Esencia de rosas
1 gr Canela en polvo
1 gr Nuéz Moscada
1 gr Clavo de Olor
1 ml Esencia de
vainilla

Unite everything in a bowl and then knead until
get the whole mass to unify.
Let the dough rest for 30 minutes.
Then knead again and form the buses
of bread.
Fill with zambo sweet.
Let stand another 30 minutes.
Bake for 30 minutes (wood oven)
Plate and serve.
