PREPARATION

INGREDIENTS

500 ml Leche
250 gr Azúcar
10 und Yemas
5 ml Ron y cognac
1 ml Esencia de rosas
1 gr Canela en polvo
1 gr Nuéz Moscada
1 gr Clavo de Olor
1 ml Esencia de
vainilla

In a saucepan place half of the sugar with the milk, the rum and the essences.
Apart in a bowl, place the yolks and the other half of the sugar, beat vigorously until obtaining a pale fluffy texture. To this add the milk
little by little and keep beating constantly.
Once all the milk has been poured, beat for about 8 more minutes and serve
